Cardiac allograft vasculopathy (CAV) is associated with intragraft B cell infiltrates. Here, we
studied the clonal composition of B cell infiltrates using 4 graft specimens with CAV. Using
deep sequencing, we analyzed the immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region repertoire
